Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Daily Dose, operated by Shalls Digital LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or subscribing to Daily Dose, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Daily Dose is a subscription service that delivers a personalized AI-generated morning briefing to your email inbox each day at approximately 7:30 AM ET. The briefing pulls live data from public sources including weather APIs, financial market data, RSS news feeds, and sports schedules. Content is generated by an AI model and is intended for informational purposes only.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice to subscribers.

3. Subscription and Billing

Daily Dose is available for $4.49 per month (billed monthly) or $35.99 per year (billed annually). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize Shalls Digital LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By completing checkout, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and cancelling, or by emailing us at shallsdigital@gmail.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive your daily brief until that date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you experience a service outage or technical failure that prevents brief delivery for 3 or more consecutive days, contact us and we will credit your account or issue a prorated refund at our discretion.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information (name, email, phone number)
• Keeping your account credentials secure
• Any activity that occurs under your account

One account per person. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Daily Dose for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the service or its outputs for commercial redistribution
• Misuse the phone verification system or attempt to bypass account security
• Use the service to distribute, republish, or resell AI-generated brief content as your own product

7. Content Disclaimer

Daily Dose briefs are generated by AI using live public data sources. While we take significant steps to prevent factual inaccuracies and hallucinations, brief content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as financial, legal, medical, or investment advice.

Market data, sports scores, and news headlines are sourced from third-party feeds and may be delayed or occasionally unavailable. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information in your brief.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shalls Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Daily Dose, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or decisions made based on brief content. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

The Daily Dose name, logo, website design, and underlying software are owned by Shalls Digital LLC. The personalized brief content generated for your account is for your personal use. You may share excerpts informally, but may not republish or commercially distribute brief content without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Maryland.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Daily Dose after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
